The new team portal and home page is where you can update your team information.  From the menu above, you can update all the information for your team.  It also includes the following:
  • The events you signed up to help with volunteers
  • The source of the billing information for Paypal
  • The status of your team registration fee.

Help

Make sure that in your team profile, the School name is filled out.  This is where the company name that Paypal needs to process originates.

If you receive a billing email account error as you are checking out, make sure you have checked the following:

  • The email you entered in the Paypal form matches the billing account email address listed under the bookkeeper section of your profile.
  • Try to pay without logging into Paypal on the screen where you enter credit card information.
  • If that doesn’t help, contact Mike.
