Training and Resources

Summary of your To-Do's to get ready for the state tournament:

  1. Download rules and understand them.
  2. Watch training videos.
  3. Check the clarifications page for changes.
  4. Contact other volunteers on your event and coordinate your planning.
  5. Get ready for the event: obtain supplies, write tests, labs, etc.
  6. Want copies? Send to state director at least 8 days before tournament.
  7. Need supplies? Send a request to state director prior to purchasing.
  8. Engineering events – download the scoresheets to a laptop and bring with you to tournament.
  9. Bring a laptop, smartphone, or tablet
  10. Setup your event at 7:00 am on tournament day.
